A Step-By-Step Roadmap To Success

Get Ready For You 3D Tour

We want to make this experience as easy as possible for you. We work on a time-frame schedule and appreciate a staged, photoshoot ready property. The property must remain empty throughout a 3D Virtual Tour scanning or Photography session, including employees, contractors, cleaning crews, etc. – unless previously discussed and approved with Oval Room Group.  To avoid rescheduling, we encourage the use of the following checklist.

General Areas

  • Vacuum carpet, mop hardwood floors, clean countertops, and wash windows
  • Turn on all interior and exterior lighting, overhead lights, lamps, cabinet lighting, and any other secondary light sources
  • Open all blinds to let natural light in
  • Replace any burnt out light bulbs
  • Turn off all ceiling fans
  • Turn off all TVs and computers, unless showcasing your logo or static image on screens for branding purposes
  • Place all miscellaneous or hazardous items in closets, cabinets, or drawers
  • Straighten lobby furniture, chairs, desks, etc.
  • Hide magazines, stacks of papers, and mail
